Vibeke is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. She offers personalized, therapeutic massage designed to support both immediate relief and long-term wellbeing.
She works primarily with individuals experiencing stress-related tension, postural strain, chronic pain patterns, and movement restrictions. Her approach blends therapeutic precision with a calm, restorative style to support injury recovery, nervous system regulation, and sustainable progress.
With a special interest in women’s health, including menstrual cycle-related pain and the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, Vibeke takes a whole-person approach to care. In addition to her clinical training, she is currently completing her Natural Nutrition Diploma at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, expanding her understanding of the connection between nutrition, hormones, inflammation, and overall wellbeing.
She has completed continuing education in hot stone massage and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques, incorporating tools when appropriate to support tissue mobility and recovery. Vibeke values collaboration and works best with clients who are invested in their health and ready to move forward with intention.
Outside the clinic, she feels most at home in nature - surfing, mountain biking, or walking the trails with her husband and their dog, Boonie.
